Main Duties
To control day-to-day custodial operations and ensure service areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
To perform routine cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, hallways, restrooms, pantry areas, and common spaces in accordance with hygiene standards.
To manage waste collection, disposal, and recycling in designated areas to maintain cleanliness and compliance.
To monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and pantry consumables, and report low stock for timely replenishment.
To set up meeting rooms and workspaces (chairs, tables, equipment arrangement) as requested by users/management.
To support internal office logistics such as document delivery, internal errands, and basic office assistance when assigned.
To report any facility issues (damage, leaks, electrical problems, safety hazards) to the Supervisor/Manager for prompt action.
To ensure cleaning tools and equipment are properly used, stored, and maintained to prevent damage and accidents.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Skills/ Experiences
Minimum secondary school completion or equivalent; additional training in cleaning/service is an advantage.
Previous experience in custodial, janitorial, or office support roles is preferable.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safe handling procedures.
Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene standards.
Good time management and ability to prioritize daily tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain service quality.
Good communication and teamwork with staff and supervisors.
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks, standing/walking for extended periods, and lifting as required.
