Embracing CSR and sustainability for a better tomorrow
Tree Planting and City Clean
December 4, 2021, the Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia (FTB), the first local commercial bank in Cambodia trusted since 1979, participated in the “Tree Planting and Clean City Event”. The event was organized at the campus of Hun Sen Prek Tnaot High School, Bokor City, Kampot Province. The 3,000 trees planting event was initiative and presided by Mr. Eng Polo, Director of Kampot Provincial Department of Environment and Lok Chumteav Ngin Phal Roth, Governor of Bokor City, in order to provide educational message on environment to the students as well as the public to be aware of the environmental issues, and mentored the young generation to pay more attention on environment protection and natural resource conservation. In line with one of the bank’s mission to operate in socially and environmentally responsible manner, FTB will continue playing a crucial role to sustainable development of the country and make positive impact to our community.
Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia (FTB) Continues to Support Humanitarian Voluntary Blood Donation under the Theme “Give Blood, Give Hope”
The Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia cooperates with the National Blood Transfusion Center to organize a blood donation program under the theme “Give Blood, Give Hope” with the participation of bank staffs and partners in order to support humanitarian activities charity in the community and provide blood to the hospital for patients in need.
Voluntary Blood Donation of FTB Staff
On Saturday, July 23, 2022, Foreign Trade of Cambodia (FTB) has organized “Voluntary Blood Donation of FTB Staff” event to the National Blood Transfusion Center aiming to save the lives of victims who are in need of blood. The Voluntary Blood Donation of FTB Staff event is one of the social activities of FTB in line with its mission “To operate in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.
Phnom Penh International Half Marathon Day 2022
As always, FTB, in 2022, has participated and sponsored to Phnom Penh International Half Marathon, a Sport Tourism Event conducted annually in the heart of Phnom Penh capital city. This event held on 19th June 2022 aiming: • Celebrates Royal Birthday of H.M Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk • Charity Fundraising for Kantha Bopha Hospital • Promote Phnom Penh City as the attractive tourism site • Race towards the 32nd SEA Games 2023 The Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia (FTB) continues to engage in social activities through the mission, “To operate in a socially and environmentally responsible manner”.
