- This offer applies to OTT transactions via OTC and all digital channels are (FTB Retail Mobile App, Internet Banking, FTB Business Mobile App, and Corporate Internet Banking).
- The flat fee charge applies only to FTB service fees. Any intermediary or correspondent bank charges are not included and may still apply.
- The flat fee charge will be applied instantly at the point of transaction.
- Canceled, reversed, or unsuccessful transactions will not qualify for the fee waiver.
- The campaign operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
- FTB reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of FTB Bank shall be final and binding.
